JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring real estate data entry specialists to help us upload residential units and projects to our platform from WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and other received source files.

This is a remote work opportunity suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive work with high accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Upload property and project data to the website accurately
- Transfer information from WhatsApp groups and Excel files into the platform
- Review listing details before publishing
- Organize unit data, project data, prices, locations, and descriptions correctly
- Follow the required formatting and naming rules
- Report unclear or missing information for review

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Good computer skills
- Good handling of Excel files and online forms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work consistently and accurately
- Previous experience in data entry is preferred
- Real estate background is a plus

COMPENSATION

- Compensation is based on the number of properties and projects successfully uploaded and approved
- The more valid listings you complete successfully, the higher your earnings
